Alumni Weekend 2025 FAQ
Reunion Basics
What is Alumni Weekend?
Alumni Weekend is an opportunity for Baldwin Wallace alumni to come back to campus to reconnect with BW and one another. Alumni of all classes are invited to take part in the weekend's activities. In 2025, we are honoring the Reunion Classes of 1975, 1985, 2000 and 2015.
How much does Alumni Weekend cost?
Members of the Classes of 1975, 1985, 2000 and 2015 attend some Alumni Weekend events free of charge as a gift in honor of their reunion. Spouses, guests and alumni from other classes register at a fee for each event. Fees include food, open bar and entertainment.
How do I register?
Alumni and friends can register online and via phone by calling the Center for Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement at 440.826.2104.
Where do I park?
Most of the events for Alumni Weekend take place in and around the Strosacker Student Union located at 125 Tressel Street in Berea. Parking is available in the Strosacker parking lot located on Tressel Street. View map here.
Parking for Carmel Hall guests is also conveniently located in the Loomis Parking Lot behind Carmel Hall.
Where will I stay?
There are many hotels and motels in the area within a short drive of campus as well as on-campus lodging at BW's Carmel Living and Learning Center. A hotel block is available at the Residence Inn Marriott Cleveland-Airport in Middleburg Heights until May 1, 2025. When reserving a room, please mention the Baldwin Wallace Alumni Weekend in May.
More information about each of these options is available here.
What will my accommodations be if I choose to stay on the BW campus?
Convenient on-campus accommodations are available at BW's Carmel Living and Learning Center for $50 a night, per room. More information is available here.
Can I room with my friends?
Each room in BW's Carmel Living and Learning Center, or Carmel Hall, accommodates two adults in single beds. In Carmel, two rooms share a bath in a suite-style layout. Please let us know if you would like to share a suite with friends. We are able to accommodate most requests with enough advance notice.
I’m staying at a local hotel. Will there be shuttles running from the hotels to campus?
There are many hotels and motels in the area within a short drive of campus. Some have shuttle service to and from campus and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Please check out our recently updated list of off-campus accommodations which include hotels offering a BW discount. Please call hotels for current rates and shuttle service policies.
