Alumni Reunion Airport Shuttles

Shuttle service is available complimentary for Alumni Weekend 2025 attendees who are arriving or departing from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.  

Shuttle service to and from the Cleveland Hopkins Airport may be arranged beginning at 8:00 am Friday, May 16 and ending at 11:00 am Sunday, May 18. To place a shuttle request, preregistration is required by calling the Center for Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement at 440-826-2104 or emailing bwalumni@bw.edu with your flight details. 

The deadline to register for a shuttle is May 14, 2025.

Arrivals to and Departures from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
You must make arrangements to be shuttled to and from the airport to campus. 

If you registered for a shuttle, but did not request a specific shuttle time, the Center for Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement will contact you in early May using your e-mail address on file to arrange your shuttle time. If you miss your requested shuttle, we will work with you to reschedule your transportation to the next available shuttle.
