1957
Janet "Jan" Roll Archer, Ashland, is a philanthropist, musician and community leader who, together with her husband Robert, is helping shape the future of BW through a $1 million gift to the Fund for BW.
1960
Margrete "Gretchen" Siebert Klein, McLean, Va., was honored with BW's Alumni Merit Award in June for outstanding contributions to profession, community, and alma mater. She is the author of two books on communist education and science education and has been a trailblazer in increasing women's visibility in science and engineering.
1966
Christine Gormly Whitten, Hamden, Conn., after graduation, she became a United Airlines flight attendant before moving into public relations. She returned to United in 1988 after the airline's marriage rule was overturned, where she trained flight attendants and new pilots and helped develop marketing materials for the new purser program. Following retirement, she continued her public relations career, promoting arts organizations, businesses, and associations.

Brian Mickley, Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., is enjoying retirement as the former co-owner of Petros Estate & Retirement Planning. He volunteers with Baptist Medical Center Beaches in Jacksonville Beach, Fla.
1969
Wayne Gibson, Broadview Heights, is enjoying retirement.
Ronald "Ron" Muth, Avon, will celebrate 50 years of service as director of music at Bay United Methodist Church in 2027. He previously taught choral music at Lorain Catholic High School, Rocky River Middle School and High School, and Lutheran West High School. He was a bass soloist at Rocky River UMC.
1970
Donna Moses Baltakis, Eunice, La., has been a volunteer and advocate in Louisiana for nearly 30 years. She served as president of the United Way, volunteer director of Keep Eunice Beautiful, president of the Garden Club and has received numerous awards including the Eunice Rotary Citizen of the Year Award.
Thomas "Tom" Gramp (MBA '89), North Olmsted, has been working as a substitute teacher since 2001.
David Marshall, Corinth, Tex., is a retired emeritus professor after a 42-year career at The Texas Woman's University. He has fond memories of BW and is grateful for the superb education that BW continues to provide.
1972
William "BJ" Jones, Evanston, Ill., celebrated 28 years as artistic director of Northlight Theatre and opened a new $33 million theatre in his hometown of Evanston, Ill.
1974
Norma Codispoti (BM 1978), Westlake, retired in 2020 after a 40-year career as an instructor of voice at BW's Community Art School. She served in various leadership roles as part of the National Association of Teachers of Singing.
1975
LT. GOVERNOR JAMES "JIM" TRESSEL, Medina, will be inducted into the Ohio Stadium Ring of Honor for his 50-year football coaching career including as the former Ohio State Head Coach before Ohio State's week one matchup with Ball State on September 5th. He is the 12th man to receive the honor, joining Paul Brown and Woody Hayes as the only other coaches to be enshrined.

Timothy “TIM” Johnson, Brooklyn, N.Y., published his first acting book, "How to Rehearse a Scene: Progressive Exercises to Enhance Scene Work." He retired as associate professor of acting at Marymount Manhattan College. He continues to work as associate director with Tony Award–winning artist Ruben Santiago-Hudson, most recently collaborating on "The Other Americans" by John Leguizamo at The Public Theater.
1981
Nancy Walters Bierman (MA), North Royalton, is enjoying retirement after a 37-year teaching career in the Brunswick City Schools. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, having lunch with friends, and doing whatever she wants whenever she wants!
Janice "Jan" Regula Truskolaski, Parker, Colo., has lived in the Denver Area since 2000 and was promoted to director of marketing - higher ed for Instructure, the maker of Canvas. She also serves as the president of the Parker Historical Society.
1984
John Kennedy, Woodland Hills, Calif., will join Satik Andriassian '86 to lead the Children of Armenia Music Program (CAMP), a three-week arts residency for displaced children, in Armenia this fall. John is a composer and professor of music composition at Cal State LA.
1985
Amy Sandt Kesegich, Fairport Harbor, published her first full-length poetry collection, "Some Complaints About Time," with Finishing Line Press available in September.
1986
Satik Andriassian, Woodland Hills, Calif., will return to Armenia to lead the Children of Armenia Music Program (CAMP), a three-week arts residency for displaced children, this fall. Satik is a classical guitar lecturer and guitar ensemble director in Cal State LA’s Department of Music. She will be joined by John Kennedy '84, professor of music composition.
1987
Pamela Chase Carlson, Tallmadge, was awarded the first Daisy Award for extraordinary nurses presented to an ambulatory care nurse. She is also a 2025 graduate of Summa's Emerging Leaders program.
1988
Blake "Chip" Lyons, Clarksville, Tenn., was posthumously honored with BW's Alumni Merit Award in June for outstanding contributions to profession, community, and alma mater. He had a 32-year career as a teacher and coach at schools across Georgia coaching softball, baseball, basketball, and golf. His daughter, Rachel Lyons Breithaupt '21, and family accepted the award in his memory.

Charles McElrath (MBA), Grapevine, Tex., was named CEO of DreamSpring. He brings banking expertise to the Albuquerque-based nonprofit lender serving entrepreneurs across 27 states.
1991
Paula Morrison, Cleveland, was named municipal communications and marketing director for Shaker Heights. She brings 30 years of experience in numerous capacities to City Hall.
Samantha Smith Schaedler, Chagrin Falls, was honored with BW's Alumni Merit Award in June for outstanding contributions to profession, community, and alma mater. Since 1995, she has served as a middle school social studies teacher in Orange City Schools.

Michael "Mike" Rogers, Washington, D.C., was honored with BW's Alumni Merit Award in June for outstanding contributions to profession, community, and alma mater. He is a deputy assistant U.S. trade representative in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative.
1996
Cyril Kleem, Berea, was the keynote speaker at BW’s 176th spring commencement in May. He is the City of Berea's longest-serving mayor spanning five consecutive four-year terms.
1997
Julie Demorest Clark, Brunswick, has been promoted to chief program officer at Business Volunteers Unlimited (BVU). She is responsible for ensuring BVU’s mission is delivered through high-quality programs for the businesses and nonprofits BVU serves.
1998
Margaret “Peggy” Fahey Cawley (MBA), Charlotte, N.C., is enjoying retirement while painting and working on a business to sell her work. She says all the EMBA training paid off.
1999
Joseph DeLuccio, Washington, D.C., was honored with BW's Alumni Merit Award in June for outstanding contributions to profession, community, and alma mater. Joseph served as a member of "The President's Own" United States Marine Band and Chamber Orchestra in Washington, D.C. as a Master Sergeant retiring in 2025 after a distinguished 20-year career.
Jennifer "Jen" Geletka Dunn, Kirtland, was promoted to operations manager at Serco-NA overseeing all Estate and Recovery processes on the PBGC contract.
2000
Kelly Dillon Abood, Olmsted Falls, was appointed as a new board member of the Olmsted Falls Board of Education replacing Bob Perez who resigned to become an Olmsted Township trustee. She will serve the remainder of the term through Dec. 31, 2027.
John Zbozien, Middleburg Heights, was named president & CEO and owner of Compliant Healthcare Technologies. He published a book "Lead With Your Heart" and launched HeartLine 41, a leadership movement focused on inspiring people to live, work, and lead from the heart.
2001
Kelly Burrer Rudloff, Brecksville, is a life director for Shoes and Clothes for Kids, previously serving as its board chair. She has been involved with the nonprofit since her senior year at BW.
Norman "Norm" Weber (MBA), Lakewood, published his second book, "Brotherhood of the Mats: How St. Edward Wrestling Became One of America's Great Sports Dynasties."

Karl Schneider, Hinckley, was named superintendent of Fairport Harbor Schools effective August 1.
2003
Cristina Carosielli Capretta, North Royalton, is the director of marketing and community relations for the Berea City School District. In June, she became the president of the Ohio School Public Relations Association and is pursuing a master’s degree in communication.
2004
Robert "Rob" Kovacs, Cleveland, an award-winning composer and concert pianist, brings classic video game music to new audiences through classical piano performances. Performing as 88bit with producer Save Point, he released “Video Game LoFi: Super Mario 64” and their rendition of "Dire Dire Docks" won the 2023 G.A.N.G. Award for Best Game Music Cover.
2006
Carolyn Noll Sorg, Independence, was recognized as a 2026 Woman of Influence by Crain’s Cleveland Business in June. She is the first woman president of John Carroll University and the third layperson to lead the University.
2007
Ricardo "Rocky" Torres-Morales (MBA) was named superintendent for the Vancouver Public Schools effective in July. He is the associate superintendent for Seattle Public Schools.
2008
Stefanie Deka, Northfield, joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP as a partner in the Consumer Financial Services industry group working with banks, mortgage servicers, and auto finance companies. The firm opened a new office in Cleveland. She was formerly with McGlinchey Stafford.
James Vasconi, Sharon, Pa., was appointed director of music and organist at Kinsman Presbyterian Church in July.
2010
Steven Caple Jr., Altadena, Calif., one of Hollywood's go-to filmmakers, directed "Creed II" and "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts." He released the Netflix series "Man on Fire" where he serves as both a series executive producer under his Grey Skies production company and the director of the show's first two episodes. With over 61 million hours viewed in its first four days, the show debuted as the streamer's number one series.
Kristen Schmidt Glazer, Columbia Station, is director of development for the Cleveland Clinic's Philanthropy Institute and volunteered in support of BW's 2026 Alumni Weekend.
Rachel Kovach, Berea, opened Mindful Mercantile, an eco-friendly refillery and retail shop located in the Berea Business Incubator. Mindful Mercantile allows customers to refill home and bath essentials using their own containers, reducing single-use plastic waste.
Donna Sullen Jenkins, Norwalk, founded Hope Restored in 2013, a faith-based, nonprofit that works toward reducing abuse and family violence in northern Ohio. She is raising funds for a hidden SAFE house in Huron County.
Nathaniel "Nate" Ward (MBA), Parma, was named president of NASBITE International, a leading organization in setting standards for global business education, trade credentialing, training, and practice.
2011
Madeline Healey, Chappaqua, N.Y., joined Matthew Wachtman '21 in collaborating with students during a Bach Festival rehearsal in April.
2012
Ryan Fielding Garrett, New York City, N.Y., is a composer, music director and orchestrator that has credits on some of Broadway's biggest hits. He composed the music for "Freak the Mighty," a new musical based on the young adult novel by Rodman Philbrick, which opened in May at Cleveland’s Playhouse Square.
Kimberly "Kim" Hardin Krzemienieswki, Spencer, was sworn in to the Board of Trustees for the Medina County District Library in January. She serves on the Medina County F1RST team and on the Spencer Township’s Board of Zoning Appeals.
Melissa Martin, Bay Village, founded Embden HR Solutions @embdenhr with Kelsey Richardson '13 in August 2025 to provide project-based and fractional HR support for local small businesses.
Benjamin "Ben" Meadors (MBA '12), Los Angeles, Calif., is a senior media systems engineer at Netflix. His team is responsible for the design, build, support and maintenance of any room that's used to create or review content for Netflix globally, such as theaters and screening lounges.

Robert Jarus, Avon, opened his own dental practice, Family Dentistry of Sandusky on Columbus Ave.

Daniel "Danny" English, Pittsburgh, Pa., was awarded the 2026 World Piano Day International Composition Award.
Janet Lichniak Leonard (MBA '21), Strongsville, began a new position as a return-to-work claims specialist at the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.
Jakob Plummer, New York, N.Y., is a freelance stage and events manager for Broadway and Off-Broadway shows. He was the original production stage manager for the creation of the musical 'Gun & Powder' (now titled 'Wanted' and on Broadway this fall). He has also worked at events including the Grammy Awards, the U.S. Open, TED Talks Conferences and the Met Gala.

Daniela Pacheco Gilardi, Vancouver, CA, has built her career in the life sciences industry in Vancouver, Canada. Her work focuses on bridging science and communication, helping translate complex ideas into clear, impactful narratives that support innovation in biotech and healthcare.
ARMAND RIVERS (MBA), Atlanta, Ga., was honored with BW's Outstanding Young Alumni Award in June for his contributions to profession, community, and alma mater. He is an audit manager at Microsoft and joined the board of the nonprofit Atlanta Thrive, which gives parents a voice in education.
Sagar Udeshi, Cleveland, published his third children's book "Doctor Nitali Goes to Work."

Ashley Grayshaw Arsena, Chagrin Falls, joined Cleveland Wealth as a fiduciary and CFP® professional, where she is focused on delivering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management.
Ellis Dawson III, Portsmouth, Va., is playing Lancelot's trusty servant/steed Concorde in the North American tour of Monty Python’s "Spamalot."
J.R. Rudolph, Indianapolis, Ind., was honored with BW's Alumni Merit Award in June for outstanding contributions to profession, community, and alma mater. He also was named fundraising manager for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s at the Alzheimer’s Association.
Rachel Wilken, Columbus, Ind., began a new position as a visiting lecturer at Indiana University and has expanded her freelance design business, Rachel Wilken Design, to do UX strategy, design, and information architecture work.

Alexander Jones, Huntington, W. Va., was named general manager of the football team at Marshall University in December 2025.
2019
Ethan Burck, Aurora, Ill., performed as a tenor soloist in the Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra's 70th anniversary performance of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 "Ode to Joy" in March. He performs as a vocal soloist with the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia.
Isabella "Belle" Mercurio, Medina, began a new position as communications manager at Cleveland Museum of Art.

Aleksa Akovic, Parma, is project manager at BLVD.
Nadina Hassan, New York, N.Y., is performing on Broadway as Peggy Schuyler and Maria Reynolds in the national tour of the Tony Award-winning musical play “Hamilton.” She sang the national anthem in May during Game 7 between the Detroit Pistons and the Orlando Magic.
Kristen Kovalchik, Sheffield Village, began a new role as digital marketing consultant at KeyBank.
Autumn Richards, Jacksonville, Fla., was named manager of Legal Administration & Operations at the Golden State Warriors.
Kaitlin "Katie" Trifiletti, North Olmsted, began a new role as senior graphic designer at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc.

Michael Carbon, North Olmsted, passed an assessment to earn an EPA Class 3 Wastewater Operator License.
Morgan Chilton, Westlake, became engaged to Evan Smittle '21 in March.
Mary Grace Corrigan, Hudson, was promoted to associate director of Foundation and Government Relations at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
Casey Corritore, Erie, Pa., was recognized as Nonprofit Partnership’s Young Professional of the Year for her term as interim director of Erie Arts and Culture. She also received a grant from BW's LaunchNet for her small business, Casey's Ice Cream Cart, which she started in 2024.
Steven Huynh, New York, N.Y., is leading the North American Tour of "Maybe Happy Ending" as Oliver. Steven will come to Playhouse Square in March 2027 as part of its KeyBank Broadway Series.

Dom Altomari, Bellevue, Wash., was named content specialist for the global organization Animal Advocacy Careers and joined the Food & Environment Reporting Network as their audience lead. A national climate fellow, Dom was published by “The Arizona Republic” on climate change’s impact on agriculture in March. They was selected as one of 20 young people under 30 to be on the ProVeg International Youth Board.
Caite Lenahan Angle (MA), LaGrange, was named president of the Baldwin Wallace United Staff Senate. She has been at BW for five years as the program manager for LaunchNET.
John Schulte, Grosse Pointe, Mich., was named an associate at the law firm Warner Norcross + Judd LLP. He is a registered patent attorney.

Mark Doyle, New York, N.Y., plays Bob in the TONY®-Winning Best Musical “The Outsiders.”
Regan Olak (MMS '26), Norwalk, graduated from BW's Physician Assistant Program in May earning her Master of Medical Science and becoming a PA-C. She accepted a position with NOMS Obstetrics & Gynecology in Norwalk.

Jaali Boyd, Windsor Mill, Md., received a two-chair turn during the "Blind Auditions" of NBC’s "The Voice" and advanced to the next round. She and her mother operate Musically Yours Entertainment LLC that offers live music services, specialty shows, bands, singers, musicians and event production for live music events.
Jessica "Jessi" Kirtley, New York, N.Y., is performing on Broadway as Jean Leslie in "Operation Mincemeat."
Kristen "Kris" Lyons, Cleveland Heights, will play the Acid Queen in the new national touring production of The Who’s “Tommy," which opens at Playhouse Square this fall.

Aaron Ferguson (MBA), Chardon, was promoted to manager of Sustaining Engineering at Tektronix.
Trevor Gill-Snow, New York, N.Y., portrays Art Garfunkel in the first national tour of The Simon & Garfunkel Story.
Kyla Koos, North Royalton, started a new role as data security analyst: post-quantum cryptography lead at KeyBank. She also joined Women for BW as a member.
Owen Kowalewski, Columbus, moved to Columbus where he works at the Ohio Department of Public Safety.

Allison "Ally" Schmitt, Litchfield, was recognized as the Ohio Aviation Association's Aviation 2026 Student of the Year for her internship at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport during her senior year at BW.
Kevin Wilker, Avon, was recognized as the 2026 Chris Wenzler Award recipient in the Ohio Athletic Conference. He graduated from BW in May and joined the Cleveland Browns as a digital graphic design intern for the 2026-27 season.
