There are many hotels and motels in the area within a short drive of campus. Some have shuttle service to and from campus and Cleveland Hopkins airport. Please check out our recently updated list of off-campus accommodations which include hotels offering a BW discount. Please call hotels for current rates.

On Campus Lodging

Convenient on-campus accommodations are available for your return to campus for only $50 a night, per room. Each room in BW's Carmel Living and Learning Center, or Carmel Hall, accommodates two adults in single beds and includes basic linens, pillows, and towels. Please note that personal amenities are not provided with each room. We encourage you to bring any additional items that may make your stay more comfortable.  

Carmel Hall was built in 2000 and has both central air and heating. Comfortable lounges, an elevator and first floor kitchen are available during your stay. Carmel is located across the promenade from the Strosacker Student Union in a central campus location.

In Carmel, two rooms share a bath in a suite-style layout. Please let us know far in advance if you would like to share a suite with friends. We are able to accommodate most requests with enough advance notice.

You may reserve a room online with a credit card for one or both nights of Alumni Reunion Weekend below at the rate of $50 per night. 

Airport Transportation for Carmel Hall Guests

Shuttle service to and from the Cleveland Hopkins Airport may be arranged beginning at 8:00 am Friday, May 17 and ending at 11:00 am Sunday, May 19. To place a shuttle request, please email bwalumni@bw.edu or call 440-826-2104 with your flight details.
