The countdown is on, and we are just two months away from your 50th Reunion! Reconnect with old friends and create new BW memories during Alumni Weekend on May 16 and 17.
Can't stay the entire weekend? No problem!

FRIDAY, MAY 16
- Registration – 9 a.m.
Registration opens for the weekend in Strosacker Student Union. Stop by at your convenience between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to pick up your welcome packet.
- Welcome Reception & Social Hour – 5:30 p.m.
Join us for reunion celebrations for the classes of 1975, 1985, 2000 and 2015 and their guests. Complimentary for all.
- Reunion Cookout – 7 p.m.
Come together for a Welcome Cookout with entertainment from
DJ Josh Booth '02! $15 for Reunion Class members, $25 for all other classes and guests.
SATURDAY, MAY 17
- Morning Activities – 9:30 a.m.
Enjoy walking campus tours, open houses, seminars and more. Complimentary for all.
- Food Trucks & Fun – 11 a.m.
Enjoy a family-friendly outdoor lunch with options from Cleveland-area food trucks (self-pay) plus lawn games and live music by the Front Porch Band.
- Gala Dinner & Dancing – 6 p.m.
Enjoy an upscale station-style menu and entertainment by The Bottom Line Band. Complimentary for Reunion Class members, $40 for all other classes and guests.
On- and Near- Campus Accommodations
On-campus lodging is available in Carmel Hall the nights of May 16 and May 17. Rooms in Carmel Hall are $50 per night and include:
- Campus van service to/from the airport
- Optional breakfast delivery ($10 per room) on Saturday
- Complimentary Spudnuts donuts at check-out on Sunday

In honor of your 50th reunion year, we set a goal of raising $75,000 from the Class of 1975 to directly support BW students. Even if you can't make it to Alumni Weekend, consider contributing towards the 1975 Class Gift. When making your gift, select '1975 Class Gift' under designation.
Your gift, no matter the size, sends a message of gratitude and belief in the transformative power of a BW education. Make your gift before May 15 so that your participation counts towards the goal, which will be recognized during reunion weekend events.
