Greetings from BW – Earlier this year, out of an abundance of caution and concern for the safety of our alumni community and friends, we postponed our 50th Annual Reverse Raffle on Saturday, April 4 to a later date to be determined. At that time, we hoped to return to normal operations by April 26, 2020 and reschedule the Reverse Raffle in the fall. However, due to Ohio regulations limiting our ability to gather and the continued concerns over COVID-19, we have canceled all events on campus through the end of the year. Additionally, the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) made the difficult decision to postpone all NCAA intercollegiate athletic competition through December 31, 2020.

Since we do not know yet when we will reschedule the Reverse Raffle, we would like to offer you a full refund if you purchased a table, dinner/and or raffle ticket. If you would like a refund, please email the Office of Alumni Engagement at bwalumni@bw.edu or call (440) 826-2104, and we will be happy to assist you.

You may also choose to donate the full or partial cost of your ticket price to the Brown & Gold Club whose mission is to advance a championship athletics culture that honors the legacy of previous and current BW athletes. Funds donated to the Brown & Gold Club will be used to keep BW student-athletes engaged through conditioning, skills training and leadership development in preparation for spring competition.
