We are excited to have you join us for our 2017 New York City Music Theatre Tour. We are happy to offer you the ability to register and pay for your trip online through our secure payment system. There are three packages from which you may select. For those traveling as a couple, we offer the option of reserving a king or double room. If you are a single traveler and would enjoy having a roommate, or are traveling with a friend, we have double rooms available. Lastly, we have rooms available for those who wish to have a private king room for themselves. No matter your preference, we know you will enjoy all the conveniences of the Hilton Garden Inn at Times Square.

**Past New York travelers have the opportunity to save $50 per person by registering before December 19, 2016.
By registering with this option, you acknowledge that you will be solely responsible for arriving in New York, checking into the hotel, and picking up your theatre tickets and other trip information. (We will have a welcome packet waiting for you at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square for your check-in on Friday, April 7 after 3 p.m. and we will meet up with you at our Friday evening performance.) Baldwin Wallace will not be responsible nor able to reimburse for any shows or activities missed due to travel delays or disruptions experienced by travelers making their own travel arrangements.
