We are excited to have you join us for our 2017 New York City Music Theatre Tour. We are happy to offer you the ability to register and pay for your trip online through our secure payment system. You may also register by phone with the Alumni Office at (440) 826-2104. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  *Space is limited on this tour.  Reservations are processed in the order in which they are received.*

Pricing

There are three packages from which you may select. For those traveling as a couple, we offer the option of reserving a king or double room. If you are a single traveler and would enjoy having a roommate, or are traveling with a friend, we have double rooms available. Lastly, we have rooms available for those who wish to have a private king room for themselves. No matter your preference, we know you will enjoy all the conveniences of the Hilton Garden Inn at Times Square.

**Past New York travelers have the opportunity to save $50 per person by registering before December 19, 2016.

Departure

The tour bus will depart from the main Baldwin Wallace University campus in Berea at 6:00 a.m.

* Reserve your spot today: non-refundable deposit of $500/person, remaining balance due March 1, 2017.

* Pay in full at this time.  (All but $500 of your registration fee will be refundable in the event you cancel your registration.)
