Another installment of business division professor Param Srikantia's popular "Why Life Sucks" series, this session will explore how modern life often has us "sleepwalking" through time, seeking the attainment of goals that provide only limited satisfaction.  This idea, as well as new approaches to meditation and mindfulness, will be explored in a lively, interactive setting.
