Food Trucks, Shuttle Tours, and more!
Registration is open! Please register here for the main events on Friday and Saturday evenings in the Strosacker Student Union.
The rest of the reunion schedule is flexible. Come as you are, when you can, to enjoy time on campus. We offer shuttle tours on Friday to help you visit old and new destinations. On Saturday, enjoy open houses, seminars and more and a food truck lunch (self-pay) with live entertainment.
Reunion Weekend Accommodations
On-campus lodging is available in Carmel Hall the nights of May 17 and May 18. Rooms in Carmel are $50 per night and include campus van service to/from the airport, optional boxed breakfast on Saturday (for an additional cost), and Spudnuts donuts at check-out on Sunday.
Many hotels and motels are also convenient to campus. Visit BW's accommodations page for all the options with BW discounts and other services. Due to a busy spring event schedule, please reserve as soon as possible.
Please contact us if you wish to reserve a space in Carmel Hall for a group gathering on Friday or Saturday.
