This year's Alumni Celebration honors the accomplishments of alumni and shares in the excitement of celebrating BW past, present and future! All alumni, from all classes, are invited to all events. - Start your day with a casual complimentary breakfast in the Durst Welcome Center. BW Provost Steve Stahl will provide an informal update on exciting innovations in academic programs and other initiatives on campus.
- Return to the classroom and experience 45-minute presentations by engaging BW faculty members, including Jennifer Perry from the department of psychology and Swagata Banik from the department of public health and prevention sciences.
- Enjoy the Alumni Celebration Luncheon as we recognize recipients of the 2017 Alumni Merit Award: William Bank '63, Brian Hall '87 MBA, Michael Rousek '97, '00 MBA, and Andrew Weyrich '85. This event also honors the recipients of the 2017 Family Heritage Award, the Black, Henderson, Koch Family, representing many generations of graduates and impact on BW.
- After lunch, join BW Student Ambassadors on customized campus tours that will enable you to see familiar places, new buildings, and recently completed major renovations. Or, you may choose to focus on the Conservatory of Music with a performance by and informal interview with music history professor Danielle Kuntz and her husband Andrew Machamer, lecturer in music theory and BW Symphonic Band conductor.
- Celebrate the Yellow Jackets for Life (YJ4L) spirit with your classmates, fellow alumni, and the Student Ambassador host team at the Gala Dinner. Enjoy with delicious dinner, live music and dancing, and special recognition of the Class of 1967 and their golden class reunion.
