IT'S HAPPENING! GET READY!

 

BW can't wait to welcome you and your classmates back to campus for a historic "mega" reunion. We're ready to celebrate, and promise a far out weekend to make up for lost time. Schedule below and links to help you plan your travels and make connections. Details will be added as they are confirmed. Registration is now open for the main reunion events, so make your plans official!

2:00 p.m.	Registration opens for the weekend. Stop by to pick up your welcome packet.
2:00 p.m.	Check in opens in Carmel Hall, the on campus lodging option for the weekend. More info here about staying in Carmel Hall.
2:00 - 4:00 p.m.	Trolley Tours of campus begin, hosted by Student Ambassadors. Hop on, hop off at different locations, including the BW Starbucks and Buzz on Front spirit shop. A great way to get reacquainted with campus as you hang out and relax with friends.
5:00 p.m.	Welcome Reception - Strosacker Hall (union)
6:00 p.m.	Welcome Reunion Dinner and Live Band "The Bottom Line" - Strosacker Hall (union)
Evening	On campus activities tbd or choose your own adventure!

 

Saturday, May 21, 2022

 

8:00 a.m.	Continental Breakfast in Strosacker Hall for Carmel Hall guests and other morning gatherings.
	Alpha Xi Delta Reunion.
11:00 a.m.	Lunchtime options open featuring a variety of food trucks in and around Strosacker Hall. Lawn games, live music, and more!
1:00 - 3:00 p.m	Tour campus on foot with our Student Ambassadors or hop on a Platinum Shuttle for a memorable ride with hop on, hop off stops. Let us know what you want to see, and we'll take you there.
5:00 p.m.	Class Photo - Strosacker Hall (rain location: Ursprung Gymnasium)
6:00 p.m.	Gala Reunion Dinner & Dancing with Garyl Perl Rock On DJ - Strosacker Hall (union)
Evening	DJ wraps up at 10:00 p.m. Keep the party going on your own!
