Employers' Role in Fostering a Value-Based Healthcare System A Virtual Conversation with Professor Thomas Campanella
In this special presentation, Thomas Campanella and Pamela Baird ('99 MBA) discuss the interplay of purchasers, consumers, and providers of healthcare services in an evolving environment.
Tom and Pamela explore the transition to actively purchased healthcare services, dynamics of shopping for healthcare services, and proactive measures being taken to curb rising costs and balance the risk of insurance profiles. They also discuss ways that purchasers of healthcare services can collaborate with BW in mapping best practices for processes and engagement, in addition to learning more about BW's healthcare-centric certificate and degree programs.

The MBAA is an inclusive group that aims to serve and connect program and community stakeholders.
