Women for BW invite you to share this 2020 award opportunity for female undergraduate and graduate students: 

2020 Women for BW Legacy Award

This award is possible because of the nearly 100-year legacy of the BW Women’s Club
and continued generosity of women in the BW community.

Building on their philanthropy, leadership and passion to support and empower female students, one award will be granted to a qualified Baldwin Wallace woman who will be chosen by
the Legacy Endowment Award Committee based on academic record, professionalism,
future plans, goals and needs.

The recipient can expect an award over the amount of $1,000. 

Criteria and Instructions:

1. Must be planning to be enrolled at Baldwin Wallace University during the entire 2020-2021 academic year (not graduating earlier than spring 2021).
2. Must have completed two consecutive semesters at Baldwin Wallace University as a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours per semester) or 3 consecutive semesters as a non-traditional student.
3. Must have at least a 3.0 cumulative grade point average.
4. Must submit two recommendations.
5. All materials must be submitted by March 30, 2020 (application & recommendations).
6. Questions regarding the Legacy Award may be directed to womenforbw@bw.edu.

*The originally scheduled Legacy Award Breakfast in celebration of this year's recipient has been canceled. An alternative celebration will be determined in the coming weeks. The recipient will still receive their award by April 30. 

All female students who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply.
The application deadline is Monday, March 30, at midnight.

*Recipient will be selected and notified by Tuesday, April 7, 2020.
