Brown & Gold Club Fan Cutouts: Fill the Stands and Support Yellow Jackets Athletics!
Out of an abundance of caution during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Ohio Athletic Conference is not allowing fans at sporting events. The BW Brown & Gold Club is providing fans
with the next best option to cheer on the Yellow Jackets! For $35, fans can purchase a cutout that will be displayed in Ursprung Gymnasium during home games this year. Proceeds from the
sale will directly benefit BW student-athletes.
Orders and photos must be submitted by Friday, February 26. Most BW Athletics events are streamed online at www.bwyellowjackets.com.
How to Order
- You may upload up to 10 photos. File size must be 1 MB or higher and JPG is preferred.
- Submit payment for your cutouts below.
For the best quality, please consider the following before submitting your photo/s:
- One person per cutout.
- Portrait (not landscape) is preferred.
- No advertising and no university logos except for Baldwin Wallace gear.
- No copyright or licensed images.
- No offensive or negative comments about the institution or other teams.
- No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
- No alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or weapons.
- Cutouts will be displayed for all home Men’s and Women’s sports games this season.
- BW Athletics reserves the right to remove any photo that violates University policy.
Fan cutouts will be available for pick up at the Athletic Office at the end of the season. By purchasing this cutout, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
