We're letting the dogs out...again!

Alumni and friends, bring your dog back to BW for our second annual Bark Walk and experience the University in a whole new way while you and your four-legged friend walk along a designated route! This is a FREE, family-friendly event in which BW dog lovers will get to meet fellow alumni and friends and enjoy some paw-some snacks! After the walk, all dogs in attendance will be recognized during a ceremony and will receive their very own doggie diploma as we officially welcome them as a #YJ4L!

New this year: BW Stinger Costume Competition
Dress your dog up as BW's beloved yellow jacket mascot Stinger.
Stinger will choose his best lookalike to win a prize!

PLEASE NOTE: All dogs should be updated on vaccinations including the rabies vaccine and must be on a leash. Please be courteous and bring waste bags with you to clean up after your pet. Use good judgment regarding the temperament of your pet so the event will be enjoyable for everyone. To participate, each pet owner and participant must sign a waiver. Waivers can be downloaded and completed in advance to expedite the on-site registration process. Extra copies will be available on the day of the walk.

COVID-19 Update: Per CDC guidelines, BW has moved to mask optional as of March 5, 2022. Masks are no longer required in public or indoor spaces like classrooms, common areas or at BW events. While masks will no longer be required indoors, all community members are welcome to continue wearing a mask. We will keep all registrants for this event updated should changes to the mask policy occur.
