Your Gift Counts in the 50 to 50 Challenge!
50 Gifts of $100+ to secure $50,000

 

Help us rise to the challenge!  An anonymous donor has offered the BW Business Division a gift of $50,000 help renovate Kamm Hall, but only if the Business Division generates at least 50 gifts of $100+ by June 30, 2013.  Your support is needed if this challenge is to be met.  Click here to visit the donation page.

Exciting changes are already planned and will be underway in summer of 2013.  Your gift will bring us one step closer to making these plans a reality.

Highlights
The 50 to 50 challenge will help us enhance the community gathering spaces in Kamm Hall, which are designed to nurture a spirit of teamwork, collaboration and relationship building. 

  • Redesigned vending area:  The vending room on the first floor will be enhanced by creating a large entry and upgraded facilities including a microwave oven, refrigerator, healthier vending options for students on the go, and additional seating.
  • Improved spaces for faculty:  Upgraded space will provide new, comfortable work spaces for adjunct and full-time faculty.

This challenge will also support the broader Kamm Hall renovation project, including the following:

  • New Innovation Classroom.  Classroom space and the hallway on the first floor (south side of the building) will be converted into an Innovation Classroom, with new projection technology and comfortable, convertible furniture.
  • New Team Rooms:  Three areas will be converted into team rooms wired with technology to facilitate file sharing and collaboration.
  • Collaborative Workspaces:  Informal gathering spaces on the first and second floor will provide comfortable places for small groups of students to gather, network and collaborate on projects.
